As reported from Pocket-Lint, Packard Bell hopes that the move will encourage customers who are looking to buy a feature packed and cost effective system.

Some of the specs included in the iMedia desktop range offer processors such as the Intel Core 2 Quad processor or an AMD Phenom II X4 and RAM up to a whopping 8GB.

Customers will also be able to decide if they want extras such as an Blu-ray drive or DVB-T TV tuner with remote control and Wi-Fi.
