More Xbox Live problems for 360 users

Have you been experiencing any problems recently on Xbox Live? A recent report we’ve read has stated that Xbox Live is currently experiencing difficulties at the moment.
According to JoystickRadio, Xbox 360 owners may encounter problems when attempting to use the Xbox Live Marketplace or purchasing items.
According to the source, Xbox.com have stated that they are aware of the problem and trying to find a solution to the technical problems as soon as possible.

I’m still having problems with the Marketplace but I’m hopeful that they will get it fixed fairly quickly. It’s annoying but, at least I can still game online
I have been experiencing problems signing up for xbox live. any credit card payment i try to use is rejected and i have plenty of money or credit to use i cant figure out why its doing this
