Nokia Siemens meets objections with Nortel’s LTE unit sale

InformationWeek are reporting that the proposed purchase of Nortel Network put forward by Nokia Siemens has hit a bit of a brick wall, as a group of Nortel’s creditors and suppliers are objecting the deal. This puts the $650 million deal under danger of collapse which is bad news for Nortel as they have financial difficulties.

Nortel have no problems in terms of technology production the problems they have only occur with running the commercial business. The deal is also seen by many as extremely under value which is another reason people seem to not want the deal to go ahead.

For a detailed look into the proposed deal along with patents and a lot more check out the full article on InformationWeek.
