HTC Hero for T-Mobile UK as well

After recent news of Orange announcing their release of the new HTC Hero, it has been confirmed that T-Mobile will be joining them and releasing the HTC Hero as well.
As reported from IntoMobile, T-Mobile UK have prefered to nickname the HTC Hero as the G1Touch, which follows on from their other G1 branded phones. No further details have been revealed on the release date for the phone, but we’ll keep you updated with news closer to it’s release.
The T-Mobile G1Touch will run on the Android OS platform and one of it’s main features will include facebook integration. Are our UK readers going to be picking up this phone?

There were other details released by T-mobile UK’s official twitter account.
The G1touch will be out by mid-July. It’ll be free on the 18-month, £40 a month Flext contract. This includes £225 a month allowance for calls, texts, mms. And also includes unlimited data (fair usage policy applies 3GB a month). It’ll be available in Black (exclusive to t-mobile).
