
IPod Touch Firmware Upgrade: Just 1% download
By: Daniel Chubb | June 26, 2009 | Leave a CommentApple have recently released reports that over 6 million people have download the new 3.0 technology available now, but there has also been some information from AdMob that owners of iPod touch’s are not getting used to the upgrade as quickly as owners iPhone’s.
AdMob have also told the public that only 1% if iPod touch owners have download the 3.0 update compare to 44% of iPhone users that have currently download the new firmware update. That information is not 100% final but AdMob have based in on their results are based on the iPhone’s and touch’s that are connected to their Apps. But these results do show how quickly this update has become popular with the different users.
The all new 3.0 update does feature a lot potential with all the iPhone and iPod Touch users. Which includes the amazingly useful copy and paste tool they have updated. Also there is new pod cast controls and their all new ability to be able to shake the iPod to change the song.
