IPhone 3GS Release Increases YouTube Mobile Videos

Since the release of the iPhone 3GS YouTube has seen an increase in mobile video uploads of 400%. Already Apple have announced sales of over 1 million since the release date less the a week ago (June 21st). YouTube did expect an increase but nothing to the extent of what has occurred.

The iPhone 3GS is the first iPhone that supports video recording, not only that but it allows users to edit the videos on the phone, and has an extremely easy system in place to upload the videos to YouTube.

To keep this trend growing YouTube has pledged to promote mobile video uploads, to have a chance of your video being promoted simply follow the instructions on InformationWeek.
