IPhone 3GS GPU Specs: PowerVR SGX 535

As most of you iPhone users know that the new iPhone 3GS uses the PowerVR SGX graphics processor, some of the specs have been hidden from us and still remain a big mystery. After some up close analysis, it was found that the iPhone 3GS uses the low end 520 model. There is many different chips which all have different performance characteristics.
For a good example the Palm Pre, uses they better model 530 chip which is designed for handheld mobiles. However the iPhone developers have realized that the iPhone 3GS has a film with the name of IMGSGX535GLDriver which suggest that the iPhone 3GS, The most powerful graphics processor which is made the higher end mobile phones.
This evidence may not be final but it is very consistent with reports from Andatech, in their report it suggest that the iPhone 3GS does in fact use the SGX 535, and as believed the 535 delivers a lot greater performance then the chip in the 530 in the Palm Pre.
