Xbox 360: Gears of War 2 update 4, release notes and date

Gear of War 2 for the Xbox 360 is all due for its title update 4, but as yet, there are no details as to when it will be made available. To keep your mind of the release date, Epic Games Forum have offered all the information you need to learn about all the fixes and improvements that we will get to see from Gears of War 2 update 4.

There is a huge amount of improvements to the game, this includes the ability to collect multiplayer experience, and this is done by playing Horde mode. This new feature allows you to restart Public Horde from a current failed wave; normally you would have to start from wave 1.

The new update also increases the frequency of downloadable content, such as maps. There is support for a new campaign chapter called “Road to Ruin.” If that is not enough for you, then how about 13 new achievements that is worth 325 points, but this will require the Dark Corners Map Pack.
