This new device comes with a nicely sized 9-inch screen, and Engadget say that this new device is just like a netbook in tablet form. Just like a netbook, an Atom Z515 processor supplies the brains to the device.
So let us take a closer look to see what we have on the inside of the Archos 9 Windows 7 tablet, firstly there is at Atom 1.2GHz processor, do not expect this chip to break any speed records. The CPU should perform quickly once Windows 7 is released and installed.
Storage comes in the way of an 80GB hard drive; other features that we know at this time are Bluetooth and dual DVB-T antennas. Engadget have heard rumors that the release date for this huge Archos 9 Windows 7 tablet will be around September, and will sell for around $633, or €450.
