How cool would it be for Apple to drop of its new range of MacBook Pro’s, well that is just what they have done with Engadget. Let us not spend time getting jealous, what we want to know is how much better they are, and hopefully their hands-on with the new devices will shed light on that.
Apple dropped three models off, the 13-inch MacBook Pro, 15-inch MacBook Pro and the 17-inch MacBook Pro. All three models get their unboxing; view all the unboxing photos here. The thing that will strike you the most about the three new models is how similar they all are.
It is the new 13-inch MacBook Pro that has been given the most attention, as Engadget hopes to learn how the integrated NVIDIA GeForce 9400M handles when working with a professional workload. Just so you know, there is no dedicated audio input jack on this model, this has to have something to do with being tight on space. There is now only a single jack; it seems that it offers support for input and output.
During Apple’s keynote at WWDC 2009, they announced price cuts on all the old MacBook models
