As you know, the NAM (North American version) of the Nokia N97 has now gone live as it was launched early in flagship stores. This latest N series Smartphone is just the latest from Nokia, and the great news for users is that it is US 3G-compatible.
The symbian-guru.com explains that the N97 will soon be available in 75 countries this month, an unlocked version of the phone is available for $699, so if you have the money, it is nice to know that you are not stuck in a lengthy contract. So why has the Nokia N97 stirred up so much hype, the simple answer is because how popular the N96 was, and the N96 goes yet another step forward.
The new Nokia N97 has a large 3.5-inch almost HD touchscreen, 5.0-megapixel Carl Zeiss camera, making the camera on the new Palm pre and iPhone 3G S look like a toy. Other features include, 32GB on-board storage, Wi-Fi, GPS, QWERTY keyboard, HSPA data connection and much more.
