New iPhone 3G S: Full Specs

As expected, Apple announced a new iPhone at WWDC 2009, and while the new iPhone 3G S offers a number of advancements, some of the rumors turned out to be false. We have been doing some digging to learn what the specs for the handset are, and while we have most details, we still do not know what Processor and RAM are installed. This should become available over the coming days.
Apple have dropped the 8GB version, there is now a choice of either 16GB 3GS for $199 ore 32GB version for $299. The new handset is very hard to spot out in crowd of those using a standard 3G iPhone; you have to get much closer to see the difference.
Most of the changes have been made under the hood, and it is not until you decide to take a picture that you get to see that the new improved 3-megapixel camera has been included. The new Apple iPhone 3G S can now do video recording.

These are hardly full specs: RAM? CPU & Speed? GPU? duh
I had the same question on the specs. It’s a 600mHz unit vs 400 on the 3G with 256MB ram vs 128. Click on “more new iPhone specs” on the right of this…
I have a 3GS iphone but it’s a 16GB model, now I’m upset because I installed some memory info apps on it, and it’s very clear that it only has 128MB RAM. I am going to try to exchange it for a 32GB model so I can get the full 256MB RAM.
i see that you have the prices for a 16gb iphone and a 32gb iphone, does that mean that there will be no 8gb iphone 3Gs?
on the apple website they say they will still sell the 3g at 99 dollars instead of 199 as an option for new customers that dont feel the need for the 3GS. So the information in the article stating that there is no more 8 gig is not correct.
