WWDC 2009: Apple digs at Microsoft Windows 7 and Vista

Apple have used WWDC 09 as the perfect opportunity to take a quick swipe at Microsoft and their upcoming OS, Windows 7. Bertrand Serlet, Vice President of Software Engineering at Apple, took to the stage and stated how much of a contrast it is between Vista and Apple’s OS.

As Engadget reports, Bertrand Serlet continued by stating that Microsoft have ‘dug themselves a big hole’, in relation to Vista and the company are trying to dig themselves out of it with Windows 7.

To close his comments about Microsoft, he stated that Windows 7 is based on the ’same old tech’ as Windows Vista. Not a bad way to re-ignite the war is it? Let us know what you make of his comments.
