New iPhone 3GS Announced at WWDC 2009

You knew it was coming, the whole world did. Apple have just announced the iPhone 3GS at WWDC 09 and in case you’re wondering, the S stands for ‘Speed’. The new iPhone will be based on the same design and as you imagine, be a lot more faster than the iPhone 3G.
The iPhone 3GS is said to load apps around 2.9 times faster than the old iPhone. Features include OpenGL ES 2.0, 7.2 Mbps HSDPA support, 3 MP camera with autofocus and 30fps VGA video recording. Theres also Voice activation features, a new digital compass app and improved battery life.
