Steve Jobs at the WWDC 2008 announced Apple’s Mac OS X v10.6 – aka Snow Leopard – and he said that it would ship about a year from then. Today is the date for WWDC 2009 and we expect Snow Leopard to play a big role in today’s press conference.
This update that will succeed v10.5 “Leopard” is reported to focus on improving efficiency, performance, and reducing its overall footprint.
