Left 4 Dead 2 at E3 2009 causes a huge commotion

You would think the announcement of a new Left 4 Dead title would be great news for fans right? Wrong. It has been reported that more than 10,000 users are against a new title, with news of a boycott against the sequel, stating that they shouldnt have to pay for new content so soon after the original.

Thats according to Hells Descent, who have brought this news into the limelight. To go deeper into the story, owners of the original are disappointed as they were ‘promised’ by Valve that Left 4 Dead would be a long lasting experience for owners.

The new game is set to bring an improved A.I director, better visuals and all new effects. If you havent seen the E3 trailer, you can check it out here.

you don’t see anyone bitching about the 4+ GH games coming out EVERY YEAR (and Activision has stated that they want to triple that by 2010 or so)

you don’t see anyone complaining about the 4+ (soon to be 12+) GH games coming out every year, so I don’t see what the problem is with 1 L4D title every year.
