Detailed Specs: Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2

We have found what looks to be, detailed specifications of Sony’s upcoming XPERIA X2 smartphone, as well as a few leaked pictures of the device. The phone is going to be nicknamed the ‘Vulcan’ and once again come equipped with Windows Mobile.

Head to IntoMobile, to view new leaked images of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2. One shows the slide out QWERTY keyboard, while the second gives you an idea of how the back casing looks like. The list of specs reveal that the XPERIA will come packed with an improved touchscreen, 8.1MP camera, a faster processor and much more RAM.

Here is some of the rumored specs of the phone, according to IntoMobile:

* 8.1-megapixel camera with auto focus, video recording in VGA resolution @ 30fps (MP4 HQ)

* 3.5-inch WVGA OLED (increased from 3.0-inches on the X1)

* GPS, aGPS

* 3.5 mm headphone jack

* Accelerometer

* Faster processor

* 512MB RAM

* Custom Windows Mobile 6.5 (SE engineers customized Win6.5 which runs very. very speedy. on par with iPhone and better in some cases)

* XPERIA Panels are modified with plenty of innovative features (PS3 remote play being one of them)

* Upgrading to Windows Mobile 7 is supported by Xperia panels
