It has been recently reported that those of who are planning to unlock your iPhone and update it with the iPhone 3.0 software, may lose the ability to unlock your iPhone at a later date all together.
As PhonesReview reports, the unlock warnings have come from theiPhoneBlog, who have stated that developers of the iPhone cannot run the risk of releasing anything early which would result in the iPhone 3.0 software being compromised.
For the moment, iPhone users are advised not to unlock their iPhone untill an official unlock for iPhone 3.0 is released.

Hey!
After Apple will release their 3.0 OS on the 17:th of June, how long will it take until dev-team release the unlock? I believe they are just waiting for the official release from Apple….
Can’t wait to unlock my Iphone as the company that I work for just changed carrier/operator causing my Iphone to be just a simple Ipod… *sob*
