Who would have thought that when you first purchased your Apple iPhone that you would be getting a phone that also doubles up as a great handheld gaming device. There have certainly been some great games released for the iPhone, but none of them seems to compare to the new Sims 3.
The Sims 3 is not a port from the PC game, it stands proudly on its own but as you would expect has had to be scaled down a little. This new EA game will cost you $9.99, and if you ever wanted to keep busy and take it easy, then playing Sims 3 on the iPhone and your iPod Touch will certainly do that job perfectly.
CrunchGear has been spending some time with the game, just to see how well it performs on the iPhone. In the game, you live in a small town with only a few neighbors, a shopping area and only a handful of places to find work.
As we mentioned above The Sims 3 for the iPhone has been scaled back, but the game still offers you hours of fun at a time, something that most iPhone games lack. For a full review of the game head over to CrunchGear from the link within the post.
