There had been a rumor that the RIM BlackBerry Tour would be coming to Telus, and the only hint had been from an accessory code that had been spotted on an inventory database. Thankfully, it seems that a release will happen very soon as someone has already got their hands on the device. The BlackBerry Tour has already been seen in Bell’s inventory, so it’s great to know that a carrier will be getting the handset soon.
A reader from the CrackBerry Forum who works for an advertising company who makes the commercials for Telus was given the chance to play with the handset, and he has decided to play around and take a few images to give us a clearer idea of what the handset looks and performs like.
The RIM BlackBerry Tour comes with a full-QWERTY keyboard so will be much easier to type on than the Apple iPhone and the Palm Pre. It seems that users have already been complaining about how small the keyboard is on the Pre, making it hard to type. As yet there is no specific release date, but it will certainly be very soon.

the blackberry tour is fine, but if it was released into the hands of harry potter and the target audience were wizards like himself, would there be memory dial a spells, wow , think how much quicker wizards could start doing spells if they had proprietary hogwortz blackberries!
