
Chrysler’s Sale to Fiat: US Supreme Court asked to block deal

Today we have some updated news on Chrysler’s sale to Fiat. The BBC is reporting that the US Supreme Court has been asked to block the deal.
Papers were filed at the court on Sunday by three Indiana construction and state pension funds. They have asked for time to pursue an appeal and as such want the Chrysler sale to Fiat halted.
