Today is Tetris’s 25th birthday, the game was created by Alexey Pajitnov and first made available on the IBM computer. You can read about the history of Tetris in an article on the Telegraph today.
Tetris has been released on nearly every games platform, and has sold over 70 million copies. These days there is no need to buy the game on home computers, although some paid versions do offer many more features.
