Lionhead video of Project Natal: Pre-recognised movements

When we first saw Microsoft’s Project Natal, we were blown away and had to check the date incase it was April 1st. This motion-less controller for the Xbox 360 would make many gamers buy the console just for this feature.

The moment Project Natal was unveiled it was met with criticism from gamers of the other systems. There were claims of it being just a way for casual gamers to be tricked into buying an Xbox 360.

While we would not go this far, and was obviously impressed by Project Natal, there is cause for concern when it comes to Lionhead’s video of Project Natal. In an interesting post on spong.com, they have found what seem to be pre-recognized movements.

This would mean the Lionhead video of Project Natal – which you can see here – was either able to know movements being they were made or it was staged. Check out the post on Spong, and let us know what you think.

  1. That would really suck if they faked it… but then again I’ve faked a few things in the past. ;-)
