This update is horrible. Trying to dial a phone number is nearly impossible, because it is so slow and can not keep up. Trying to messages is the same way. SLOW!!! When you try and press one button, the screen takes a mind of its own and selects something different. I did not have many of the issues before the upgrade, but now I sure have them. Tahnks Verizon!!!!

This update stinks. We did over-the-air updates and it has blown up 2 of the 5 devices that we put it on. The devices will not power up and the only indication of life is the red charge LED. It stays on for about 7 seconds, goes off for 7 seconds and repeats. I am on my way now to the Verizon store to get the device replaced…

Like mentioned above, for some reason, the battery life has decreased significantly since the update. It will drain even when the screen isn’t on(sleep mode).Don’t know why it’s doing this.Have to turn phone off to preseve battery life.

Also, the cut, copy, paste feature pretty much is unusable and just flat out difficult to use.
