WoW patch 3.1.3 notes and download

A patch is coming for World of Warcraft anytime soon and we have the official patch notes for you to read so you know what to expect when the update goes live.
As reported from SoftSailor, patch 3.1.3 is expected this week and they have provided us with the full list of patch notes. There are various bug fixes, updates to the Ulduar Mimiron dungeons as well as a list of other additional features.
The list of patch notes is quite a detailed one, so rather than list them here, you can head to SoftSailor and view all the changes for yourself.

I’ve heard that 3.1.3 Patch will not provide any major improvements or changes to the game because those are coming with the WoW 3.2.0 Patch. But it’ll sure bring a couple of tweaks and small nerfs to several classes. Some bug fixes to several gears and a couple of changes to Ulduar. The downside would probably how long will it take to download, this totally bothers me when there’s a new patch. Do you have an idea about the size of this new version?
The patch does not work! It downloaded and everything but I cant log in!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
