New iPhone 2009 Update: Low iPhone 3G supplies at Best Buy

More and more evidence seems to be pointing towards a new iPhone for 2009; the latest news is that Best Buy has reported that they are low on iPhone 3G stock. We find it hard to understand why Apple still does not want to update us on news of a new handset.

AppleInsider reports that Best Buy has issued a memo to its employees that the iPhone is in constraint. It seems that the retailer have run so low on iPhone’s, that a number of stores only have enough stock for a few weeks, after that they will not be offering any more.

AT&T have now started to ship refurbished iPhone 3Gs, as they to only have a limited amount of these Apple smartphones. All of this points to one thing, a new iPhone for 2009 is imminent, and we have some rumored specs of the new iPhone for you to look at, let us hope that they are all true and make it on to the new handset.
