With so much going on at Microsoft’s E3 keynote, the software giant decided to wait until things had calmed down before they announced what one of their biggest feature will be. The Xbox 360 will be getting games on demand; these will be full retail games.
The new on-demand access will launch on August, and will start with 30 game titles, new games will then be added each week. You will be able to purchase the games with a credit card, so no more worrying if you have enough Xbox points.
Xbox 360 users have already been getting exited at the fact that the points are on their way out, but Engadget have heard it on good authority from Microsoft that Xbox 360 points are here to stay. For those who have wondered when Xbox will offer game rental, this is not happening just yet, maybe in time.

No wonder they left it till last, the PS3’s had it for ages and it’s taken M$ way to long to catch up.
Yea, “Their biggest feature”? wtf! Like you said, Sony has had this for ages. If this is Micorsoft’s biggest feature then I don’t know how the Xbox360 is surviving.
I’ve been waiting a long time for this. Can’t wait.
