E3 2009: Super Mario Galaxy 2 announced for Wii

Some breaking news just in from E3 2009 now, as Nintendo have just announced Super Mario Galaxy 2 at their press conference. It will be the first 3D mario game to recieve a sequel on the same system.

The news comes from Kotaku, who have managed to watch the trailer for the sequel direct from E3. They say the graphics look to be slightly improved from the original title, but mostly they say it’s pretty much more of the same Mario Galaxy goodness.
