E3 2009: Nintendo announce Wii Vitality Sensor
By: Alan Ng | June 2, 2009 | Leave a CommentIn another huge and shocking E3 announcement, Nintendo have just announced the Wii Vitality Sensor, a new device which attaches to your fingertip and can measure your pulse and other body stats.
According to Kotaku, the Wii Vitality Sensor is placed on your fingertip and can then measure your vital signs and help you to ‘relax’. Nintendo President Satoru Iwata stated that the device will help you to ‘see the information relating to the “inner world” of your body in order to achieve greater relaxation.’
It sounds quite odd, we know. Also rather strangely, no software was revealed along with this device and no other details were revealed. We’ll keep you updated on this, obviously. For now though, let us know your impressions on the Wii Vitality Sensor.
