Impact: Sony PSP vs. Nintendo DSi
By: Alan Ng | May 31, 2009 | 1 CommentIn case you missed it earlier, Sony has accidently revealed detailed information on the PSP Go! including photos, videos, specs and a release date. Following on from that, an article we have found explains their reasons why they think the PSP Go! will not have the same impact as the Nintendo DSi.
Thats according to this article, from Loot-Ninja. They believe that due to Sony’ decision to keep the PSP-3000 in the market, this may led to confusion amongst consumers and also a pain for developers who will have to consider a UMD release as well as a digital release.
Another key reason they state, is that the PSP Go! does not contain enough features to convince current PSP owners to upgrade their current handheld units.
Have a read of their article and let us know if you agree with them. Are you impressed with the PSP Go! or not?
