Smartphone Sales Up: Nokia, iPhone, RIM’s BlackBerry, Android and more

A recent study report has concluded that smartphones for companies such as Nokia, Apple, Google and RIM are taking a significant amount of the overall mobile phone market share.
According to this eWeek article, App stores and additional mobile sevices are also contributing to higher smartphone sales.
More specifically, various Nokia and Blackberry units, the Apple iPhone and Google G2 are the phones that are affecting the growth in mobile market share, with a reported 36.4 million combined units sold, an increase of 12.7 percent compared to last year.
