
Honda Crosstour U.S. release date
By: Peter Chubb | May 29, 2009 | Leave a CommentThere has been a number of rumors surrounding the Honda Crosstour U.S. release date, but according to the Temple of VTEC, they reckon that the crossover will be released in the U.S. by late October 2009.
There have been mules of the Honda Crosstour seen testing in the U.S. and it is thought that the final production model will look much the same. Some of the prototypes have had a different rear differential; there are also rumors of an all-wheel drive version.
The rumors say that the Honda Crosstour will be based on the Accord platform and will be able to tow at least 3,500 pounds. The new model will be 2.5-inches taller and 7-Inches longer, this could mean that the vehicle will have a third row of seating.
Honda are also working on the Acura coupe in 2010
