Microsoft Zune HD: Gamers should choose PSP or DS
By: Peter Chubb | May 28, 2009
There have been rumors over recent months that Microsoft we be launching the Zune HD, and the software giant finally made an officially announcement a couple of days ago. If you are a gamer hoping that the Zune HD is for you, then think again and choose a Sony PSP or Nintendo DS instead.
The new Zune will have an OLED touchscreen display and a high-definition output, there is also a version of Internet Explorer that will be part of Windows Mobile 6.5 installed on the device. Oh did we forget to mention that the Zune HD would come with HD Radio.
Cnet News had a word with the marketing team from Zune, and they did not have much more to add to about the device that we already know. Microsoft did not plan to give any information out so early, but said that they had to set its expectations for Zune customers. Well let’s face it; it has been one of the worst kept secrets.
