Apple Apps: New iPhone UDID finder app

A useful new app for developers has been released on the iPhone, which will aim to display your UDID more easily and allow you to send it on to others via email.

As reported from Intomobile, the device acts like the serial number, but the UDID is more useful when wanting to lock content directly to the device. As IM points out, the usual process of obtaining your UDID can be quite frustrating as you often need to sync your iPhone with iTunes, but the UDID app eliminates this and makes the whole process simpler.

If any developers are interested in this, you’ll find it at the App store under ‘UDID’.
