
Supplier Relations: Ford, GM Up and Toyota, Honda Down
By: Alan Ng | May 27, 2009 | Leave a CommentA recent supplier relations survery has indicated that Toyota and Honda are still performing well, despite suffering a drop in the latest rankings. Ford and GM on the other hand continue to improve according to the study.
According to AutoBlog, all three auto makers are still ranking below average when it comes to supplier relations, but Ford was top of the list with only 19 percent of suppliers who were surveyed, saying they’d prefer not do business with Ford.
The report also reveals that General Motors were improving, although Chrysler remained at the bottom, with 54% percent of people saying they wouldnt want to do business with them. Hardly unsurprising giving the current situation, don’t you agree?
