By: Peter Chubb | May 27, 2009 | Leave a CommentThe auto industry is facing some very tough times at the moment, so Ford CEO is doing all he can to ensure that his new customers are happy when they take procession of their new cars. Ford’s CEO Alan Mulally has gone out of his way to make the owner of the new Ford Hybrid happy, well he would it is Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer.
Mulally will only deliver the car personally if you are a CEO of a very large company, and they do not come much bigger than Microsoft. Ballmer is giving us all a great message here, when he took procession of the new Ford Fusion Hybrid. It certainly shows that more people of large companies are looking at ways to reduce their carbon emissions.
According to Reuters, the vehicle that Steve Ballmer purchased was the millionth with Ford’s SYNC system, which is powered by Microsoft technology. The system allows you to control your phone or play your music with voice command alone.
