The HTC Touch Pro2 is the best Windows Mobile smartphone that HTC has to offer, and is now available online through DeviceWire. The HTC Touch Diamond2 is already available through retailers and network carriers, so consumers have been waiting anxiously for the Pro2 to come available.
IntoMobile says that they knew that the new smartphone was coming, but we had no idea that it would be this soon. Recent rumors said that the HTC Touch Pro2 would be released on June 12, so it is a bit of a treat to have the smartphone on sale now.
The new HTC handset is only available in Europe at the moment, so those of you in North America will not be able to get their hands on this phone with its 3.6-inch WVGA touchscreen, 3.2-megapixel camera and slide-and-tilt QWERTY keyboard just yet.
The HTC Touch Pro2 is available online from DeviceWire for £443.47 ($620).

I heard the touch pro2 will be running at $800.00 unlocked of course, for me, that’s a bit much. I just purchased a high end 4GB RAM (450GB memory) notebook for $700 with loads of other features. I was looking forward to this phone, but the price is so damn high. I look forward to the Nokia N97 in a few months then. I can wait. there is a site that use some good info about the touch pro2, http://www.AllTouchPro2.com i want to hear what your view is on this smart phone.
Trust me the nokia n97 is not the phone you want. Most people buy that phone without ever testing it out. I paid 600 dollars for the phone only to sell it for 450 the very next day. It’s very slow (especially when loading pictures) it’s unresponsive, widget page is too cluttered, and appreciating the quality of the speakers will be hard to do. For the kind of money you pay for the phone you’d expect more. Just my opinion, i’m going with the HTC Leo, it’s almost a no-brainer.
