Acer Aspire Timeline 5810TZ-4657: Inside the box

We have some details on the new Acer Aspire Timeline 5810TZ-4657 as well as some unboxing pictures for you to look at. The new laptops in the Timeline range from Acer are only just starting to become available for pre-order, so check out all the following images if you’re interested in picking one up.

The images come to you courtesy of Engadget, who have posted them all up to everyone to browse. One of their members managed to pick one up from Iowa for $598 and has given his first impressions of the laptop.

Main specs of the Timeline include a 15.1 inch display, Intel U2700 1.3GHz processor, 3GB of RAM and a 720p webcam. He stated that the laptop gave around 7 hours of battery life on max power saving mode and said that the system boot up was ‘very quick’ and performed well on Windows Vista.

The system has yet to be officially announced by Acer, but we’ll keep you updated for when they do.
