Yes for New iPhone at WWDC 2009
By: Peter Chubb | May 26, 2009 | Leave a CommentThe signs are reporting to a big YES at WWDC for a chance to see the new 2009 Apple iPhone. Fierce Developer has been taking a closer look at all of the rumors of the past week; at it is almost a foregone conclusion that the new iPhone will feature at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference 2009.
Jason Ankeny from Fierce Developer has said that Apple Insider said that AT&T is now running low on their iPhone 3G models, and that customer service representatives are telling their AT&T users that they do not expect any new stock of the model. An AT&T spokesperson has since denied that they have a shortage of Apple 3G iPhones.
Last week there was yet more evidence, when for a brief moment T-Mobile Austria posted a website placeholder advertising a 32 GB iPhone. Daring Fireball blog has also added to the latest rumors that a new iPhone will be launched in July and will come with almost double the CPU power as well as an improved camera that can now record video.
