O2: New Palm Pre and Apple iPhone in 2009

UK’s O2 as we know have had huge success with being the only phone operator in Britain to offer the Apple iPhone, The Guardian have announced that O2 will also provide the new Palm Pre in June 2009, beating of rivals Vodafone and Orange.

O2 know that the new Palm pre will be the must have gadget when it is released next month, and will go perfectly with its other big Smartphone. This is yet another huge blow to O2’s rivals, who all have one great phone to offer their users, but none has two to offer.

O2 also have another trick up their sleeve, and that is that they will also have a new Apple iPhone sometime in 2009 to offer its users, well if all those rumors are anything to go by. We are not certain of the price of the handset or price plans; however, we will keep you informed.
