Remember those Apple tablet-like media device rumors we heard about not so long ago? It looks like a new report has brought rumors back into the limelight now as we have some fresh details for you to ponder over.

As SfGate reports, the latest news on the tablet device is that Apple are preparing for a 2010 release, while specs include a 7 to 10-inch multi-touch screen and Mac OS interface. Other possible features include a ‘hybrid operating system’ and iPhone App support.

The article states that analysts are predicting that the device will retail between $500 – $700, somewhere in between the $399 iPod touch and $999 MacBook.
