Palm Pre fillings through FCC: cleared for release

It looks as if all the necessary legal proceedings have been completed in time for the imminent arrival of the Palm Pre, as recent reports have confirmed multiple filings through the FCC.

As reported from IntoMobile, the news means that the Palm Pre should now be cleared up for release onto the US market without any problems.
