New iPhone In June 2009: Rumored Specs vs Wishlist
By: Peter Chubb | May 21, 2009 | 5 CommentsThe rumors of a new Apple iPhone coming in June 2009 has certainly got people talking, as people wish to know if the phone will happen and if the rumored specs are true. We have covered a number of articles on these rumors, which I am sure you all know about. So what would your wishlist be?
Some of the rumored specs include an OLED screen, these will be great for getting more time from the battery, but some say that it could affect your gaming experience. Another popular rumor is the upgrade from a 2-megapixel camera to a 3.2 megapixel camera. It seems as Apple are not going far enough, this need to be at least 5-megapixels plus.
We have also learned that the processor will go from a 400 MHz to a 600 MHz, and that the smartphone will go from 128MB to 256MB. Users expect this to improve the overall speed of the iPhone, but that is only true if the OS is fast, so we hope that the new iPhone 3.0 OS is as good as they say it is.
There are two other rumors that are good, the first is there will no longer be an 8GB model, there will now be a 16GB and the new larger 32GB. The final one that we wish to mention is the battery, there are conflicting rumors on this, some say that Apple are sticking with the same battery, then there are those who say that we will see an upgraded battery.
