More bad news on the Chrysler closing dealerships now., as it has been revealed that eighteen Minnesota car dealers will not be Chrysler dealers any more as from June 10th.
That’s according to WCCO, as the car dealers were told the bad news last week. Even worse, the dealers have been told to sell the cars as they can not give them back, leading to a mass price cut for many Chrysler autos.
One particular dealer which will be affected by the news is Fury Dodge-Chrysler in Lake Elmo. General Manager Jim Leonard explained that A red Chrysler Sebring convertible originally listed at $36,650, is now priced at $26,904, as a result of the recent news.
A statement from him added: “We need to show Chrysler why we should stay in business here, so we’re taking deals right now that we would never normally take.”
