Yahoo chooses iPhone over BlackBerry for apps
By: Alan Ng | May 20, 2009 | Leave a CommentIt has been reported that Yahoo is to stop work on their Mobile Application for BlackBerry smartphones and concentrate their efforts on Apple’s iPhone and other development options.
According to the AppleInsider, developers who were applying to work on the Yahoo Mobile app received an email directly from Yahoo, stating that”Yahoo has decided to cease development”, as of the 20th May.
The news is surely going to be of a disappointment for RIM, especially considering that Yahoo have decided to focus solely on the iPhone.
