Microsoft will release Office 2010 32-bit and 64-bit on one DVD

Following on from our earlier post about Microsoft Office 2010 details being released, it has also been revealed that the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Office 2010 will come on one DVD disc.

Head to ArsTechnica here and you can see what the issue is. The image shows a Microsoft setup error from the Office 2010 build suggesting that Microsoft are looking to put both versions on one disc.

Ars also point out that trying to put both versions on one disc on Vista wasn’t an option due to size constraints. It looks as if this might all change though with the release of Office 2010.
