Palm Pre release in under 24 hours

The world is keeping a very close eye on the Internet at the moment, as there are signs that we could actually see the release of the Palm Pre in under 24 hours. Well this is according to what ComputerWorld blogs is telling us.

Sprint stores have already started to receive shipments of the new smartphone, which is also another strong sign that the launch of the Pre is very close. It is thought that Palm will announce the launch and the price of the Pre on Tuesday.

We have to remember that this is all speculation at the moment, but we are very close to the launch of the Palm Pre, the first of a new generation of smartphones from Palm to use webOS. This OS is thought to be much faster than the OS that is used on the current iPhone 3G.
