New iPhone In 2009: release date expectations
By: Peter Chubb | May 18, 2009 | 7 CommentsApple and its rumored new iPhone certainly has some big shoes to fill, as the iPhone 3G had amazing release date expectations, and the sales certainly backed it up. The 3G was the second version of the iPhone, and when it was unveiled at WWDC 2008, it seemed that Apple iPhone fans was prepared to do anything to get hold of the latest smartphone.
The reason that it did so well was for a few reasons, the first was because of the 3G, allowing for faster access online, and the improved speaker was also very welcome. The phone also felt lighter, making it feel like it was not weighing you down as much.
The next iPhone, which is rumored to be launched in the summer, has a lot to prove, and if our recent posts are to go by, we are in for a treat. Such as the improved camera, and improved processor and memory. The new iPhone is going to be centered around gaming more; this is evident with the improved graphics accelerator.
The new iPhone has one big hurdle to jump if it wants to beat the iPhone 3G and that is the state of the economy. People do not have as much money to spend, and that is something that is out of Appleās hands.
