New Palm Touchstone date and Palm Pre release day

Every day we are told of a different day in May that the Palm Pre will be released, but it is now looking, more likely that we could see the smartphone launched in June. There are rumors that the phone could be released on June 5 or June 7, this is because of the release date of the Palm Touchstone.

Engadget have been doing some digging and it seems that the new Touchstone wireless charger is going on sale on June 7 on Best Buy. That will be a Sunday, which is traditional launch day for Sprint.

We could still see the Palm Pre launched this month; it would be a better option to launch the phone before the Touchstone wireless charger. One thing is certain, the Pre smartphone will not launch no later than June 7, why have a charger device to work on a phone that is not out yet.
