Another Xbox 360 exclusive goes to PS3
By: Alan Ng | May 11, 2009 | 14 CommentsWhether it sounds familiar to you or not, there are big reports of the Xbox 360 losing another exclusive to the Playstation 3. It was reported that Microsoft paid an unprecedented amount for this content, but it now looks likely to make it’s way over to the Sony PS3. Can you guess what it is yet?
The content we are talking about of course is the Lost and Damned DLC content for Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto IV. According to this Digital Spy article, the content is set to make it’s introduction on the Playstation 3 in August.
Digital Spy obtained the info from the latest issue of PSW magazine, which claims that Microsoft only had the DLC content as a timed exclusive for six months. This seems to make sense as it was back in February when the Lost and Damned content was first released onto the 360.
As of yet, Rockstar have refused to comment on the rumors but you can be sure that the pressure will be on Rockstar to spill the beans after this. We want to know your thoughts on this. Did you see this coming, or is this a complete shock to you?
